Cancellation Policy

Initial deposit is 100% non-refundable. Deposit will remain valid for sessions within 180 days of original booking, as long as the session is rescheduled 24 hours prior to booking (No Fee). Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours of session will result in a $10 rescheduling fee. A new deposit will be required for sessions rescheduled after 24 hours of the original date or new date is more than 180 of original date. Bookings made within 7 days of appointment must be PAID IN FULL via Manual Payment Option and is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
